Renvoza provides managed customer communication and related business support services primarily to HVAC businesses. Services may include call handling, lead capture, appointment scheduling, customer follow-up, text messaging, and other customer communication services.
Specific services, pricing, features, and service levels may be established separately between Renvoza and its business clients.
2. USE OF OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website or services in a manner that violates applicable law, interferes with our operations, or infringes upon the rights of others.
3. SMS AND TEXT MESSAGING
When you provide your mobile telephone number and affirmatively consent to receive text messages from Renvoza, you agree that Renvoza may send you SMS or MMS messages regarding inquiries, appointments, service requests, appointment reminders, follow-up communications, and customer support.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.
